Situation & Task

While contracted through SunSolar Solutions, I was challenged to create a video explaining the intricacies of residential solar panel systems in Arizona. The video would be played during sales pitches in order to help potential customers learn more about the basics of solar energy. This would in turn help the buyer make an informed decision on the purchasing the product.

Action

I began by writing a script for this project which highlighted the key points of residential technology and regulations. As far as the art direction, I adhered to SunSolar’s brand colors and typeface while integrating a wireframe style. This design kept the video consistent with the company’s branding and provided very clear imagery surrounding the solar terminology.

Result

The video was utilized throughout sales presentations and effectively helped prospective customers understand the complexities of solar in Arizona. The project resulted in a 8% increase in closed solar presentations.
